ezreal perma double buff

i killed someone as ezreal and died to that same person moments later but when i respawned i had the doubles animation under me but did not have the buffs. its a visual bug but im not sure exactly how it happened but the enemy team could see it too

Edit: after dying they did not disappear nor after dying with actual buffs. it stayed on the entire game after i got it
