Super Minion Bug?

commit an hero··1 votes·358 views

Last time I checked Super Minions don't give them self the "Super Minion Nearby" buff and I was in a ranked game and the super minion had 40 MR and the extra AD you get when they are two Super Minions nearby. But there was only one? Is this a bug or not?
