Wukong Q Reset Bug

Has anyone else noticed an issue with Wukong's Q where is will automatically and continuously reset 3 or 4 times in a row before actually going off? Doesn't matter if youre switching targets (which would cause a reset anyways) or if you stay on the same one (which it shouldn't reset on) - it happens often. Maybe it's just me having some personal issues with Wukong, but this didnt start happening until recently.
