Client causing computer crashes.

First off, my Xbox game bar is fully disabled. My computer has now crashed twice while loading into games. Loading screen comes up, loaded to 100%, and then just went black and my computer was completely unresponsive to any input, requiring a force shutdown. This has caused me to be punished by the leaverbuster system for the second time (due to the game getting remade). It does not happen every time the game loads, only about every 5 to 7 games as far as I can tell. Once, I thought it was a fluke but the second time having the exact same behavior tells me there is an issue and it's getting quite irritating with the long queue times and also having a loss in my promos now. I have no problems playing out my punishment but this is 3 hours and 20 minutes of queue times caused by a client issue which is extremely irritating.
