Log in screen bug

When I reach the log in screen and enter my id and password it always says could no connect to servers and this happens about 10 times before I am finally able to connect to league. How do i fix this because league closes every time it says it can't connect meaning I have to open up league again and it takes about 10 minutes before I can actually log in. So many issues with league lmao....
