While the damage may be low, I think it provides quite a bit of utility.

(There are a couple other errors on that page, unless Jhin is actually getting new traps every zero seconds, his fourth shot on Curtain Call has a 0% crit, and the cooldown on Curtain Call is refunded by e⁶% for each unused shot. His dancing grenade also appears to have a 0% AD modifier on it.)

Idea - River Jhin

He wanders the river, and whenever he sees an opportunity (an allied laner does damage to the enemy), he snipes the enemy laner with his 3000 range W.
