While the damage may be low, I think it provides quite a bit of utility.
(There are a couple other errors on that page, unless Jhin is actually getting new traps every zero seconds, his fourth shot on Curtain Call has a 0% crit, and the cooldown on Curtain Call is refunded by e⁶% for each unused shot. His dancing grenade also appears to have a 0% AD modifier on it.)

I'm not sure if the abilities costing no mana at level five is a bug or not, so I didn't mention it. All of his abilities apparently cost no mana at level five, excluding his ult.

He wanders the river, and whenever he sees an opportunity (an allied laner does damage to the enemy), he snipes the enemy laner with his 3000 range W.
