Please fix the surrender vote abuse.

Quit the game during surrender vote to win it with just 3 votes, except the quitter's vote still counts.

Eh no... If you wouldn't have won the vote with you there, that means it would be 3-2 and the 3 includes your vote. If you leave, that would make it 2-2 dummy. You'd have to make one of the No voters leave (in which case they could just vote Yes instead and not get a leaver penalty).
