teambuilder bug - summoners reset

I have noticed this for a while and it really bothers me. i play adc in teambuilder select everything, change summoners and when the queue drops or when i re-queue the summoners change. say i had flash/heal selected all of the sudden they are back to flash /ignite its really annoying.
