Is Riot going to fix the "firewall" and Bug Splat issues or are we going to get the Moon for a stage
We've had bug splat and "firewall" errors for the bast 2 seasons, right? Worlds stages are looking better... these errors, not so much. So are they going to fixed soon (if ever) or is the next worlds tournament gonna be hosted on the Moon?
And I don't think it's fair that an issue with the game client forces a player to suffer for it. There's not loss prevent, half-LP loss, any kind of forgiveness or apology that says, "Yeah, we know it's our fault. Sorry about that." These errors are definitely visible with the R3d logs in the Riot>League of Legends>Logs folder. I don't think they're easily faked. Even if they were, having a client scan upon start up would resolved that. If any player tried to fake it prior, it would crash the client (if they already had it) or be found and fixed on start up.
I mean... Idk why Riot has seemingly pays no mind to some of this stuff. And it seemingly doesn't give a shit about the player base unless it's to rake in the money after minimal work effort is done.
I don't want to put it in a ticket. Riot, you can handle this on the forum where people will read it. I want to know your response and reasons as to why I feel like Riot continually reacts to bugs that are detrimental to the game like, "Meh, we're working on it. Sorry or whatever."
