Unable to report a ticket (Riot Games Support website)

Hi riot, i am unable to to report a ticket in the support website. Apparently Im logged out even though im clearly logged in. I think its because the riot games support website is only for NA users rn, (the changing the us to oce in the link doesn't work as it just changes back to us again) and i cant find Oceania when changing the language settings. I hope a riot notices this
