Fizz Ultimate affects Vladimir in Sanguine Pool

I was playing Vladimir vs Fizz in top. A camping Master Yi flew out the bush and I was near my turret.

I pooled to avoid damage while moving to the turret and while in the pool I stopped moving to the turret and saw my health bar and name go upwards. I remember having a slow applied in some form earlier on while in pool form, and the pool protection should be instantaneous. I luv dis guy and I'm glad he's unpopular, but that doesn't mean he should have unfair game bugs affect him.
