[Replays] Kill Call Out interface visibility button does nothing

Click on interface visibility. You will see Kill Call Outs. Click it. Look at anything that calls out kills. Everywhere that calls out kills (Chat and Announcer are where I look) you will still see Kill Call Outs. I expect if I click them off they are not called out. Clicked or not they are always called out. 100% of the time.
