5.10 Patch notes discrepancy

So, Talisman ALREADY restored 10 health per minion kill.

But to buff it from 5 to 10 is very odd. Was there a bug fix? Or was it a typo in that it was buffed from 10 to 15 (it isn't btw) or was it just an action slip since Medallion, immediately before it, was buffed from 5 to 10?
