[GAMEPLAY] Fiora's Q tooltip not displaying the correct info.

After the patch update, her Q's cd got lowered to 16/14/12/10/8 from 18/16/14/12/10, and the mana cost reduced to 20/25/30/35/40 from 25/30/35/40/45, as well as her W's cd reduced to 19/18/17/16/15 from 21/19.5/18/16.5/15.

Although her W's tooltip displays the correct cd at rank 1 (19) http://i.imgur.com/mUEb4hQ.png

Here as I cast her Q it displays 20 mana lost instead of 25 and a 16 seconds cd instead of 18 http://i.imgur.com/aJXOans.png
