Nidalee's heal not working properly on teammates

I had it with 85 base and about 130 AP extra on the heal, and for some reason it was only applying about half of that to my teammates, but fully to myself. Nowhere on her ability does it state anything other than "Nidalee heals a teammate for (blank)"
