[GAMEPLAY] Maokais passive count doesnt count the right number when you do a full combo

As maokai when you cast your ewq fast enough it does not add towards your passive number.

1. make sure you have started with 0 passive stacks.
2. Cast sapling toss on the target you are going to combo
3. quickly cast w while the sapling is in the air.
4. then quickly cast q as soon as maokai is out of his w.
5. look at maokais passive count, if you have done it fast enough it says 2 when its suppossed to be 3 from the 3 spell casts maokai did

I've managed to recreate this at a 100% rate and it has happened in alot of my ranked games before
