Is anyone else experiencing this? I've been fine on all patches, and I see no other possible reason, but after installing 6.17 (after the newest mini-patch update or whatever it was earlier today, not the full 6.17), I'm experiencing severe lag and ping spikes and the like.
Yes I have major fps drop to the point where the game is no longer playable , even with lowest settings cant do anything . Surprisingly , this started with the 6.16 patch where the game started to become laggy and now with the 6.17 no matter what I do the game is unplayable , I used to play with high intermediate settings with v sync and AA on , now I have disabled all of these and even lowered the game's settings , no shadows , all other settings to low , not even a single fps gain . I thought this was a hardware issue , I did a chkdsk , removed antivirus , cleaned the pc , uninstalled some programs , reinstalled the game , downloaded the hextech repair tool , yet nothing ! This is really getting on my nerves cant play a single game !
Okay. My fps is going up and down between 40-70. That im used to a bit. But my MS is like in the 300-500 in Ai games. And in some normals i go 1000-2000. Please Riot fix this cause i really dont know how im messing up my game or just having this.
At least I don't feel crazy anymore! I thought I was the only one.
NA server was consistently 54ms for me and now it's almost always 99ms and will go up to 103.
FPS in ARAM is noticeably glitchier, along with the lag, and my setup isn't too weak (GTX 960).
This is definitely an issue for me since I've never been above 60ms. Even after the server changes it was never this high. Ever.
I've got the same problem, im stuck in elo hell as it is and lost my promos twice already because of this

I've had this exact issue. I lost my first promo game to plat 3 as a result. I've played several normals to test wether or not its my own router but theres no way. I've tested other game's ping and they all hover around 40-60 ms. League was generally the same until 2 days ago. I have no idea why this is happening but its frustrating and i don't think i'll be playing any league until its fixed.

I have exactly the same issue. I usually have ping of around 30-40ms, however, since this mini patch I get spikes of 600-800 and lasting for like 10-15 mins. It makes the game unplayable. Ive tried everything and even got a new router its definately the game!

I find that some people aren't getting it and some are getting it really bad. I live only a state away from their servers so I get around 20-30 ping normally. Ever since I got patch 6.17, this is my ping now... (Remove the space between http: and the //)

same here, I was around 70 pings after they move to Chigaco, but for these day I have over 200 pings all the game.

Same problem here, this is beeen going on since Patch 6.17 Heavy lag spikes or I cannot control my toon but I can see the other team eating my face ... :((((
Since this patch ive gone from about a steady 100 FPS to 60.
since the patch i cant play at all kept dc'ing i even changed the router still lag spikes was fine a few days ago then boom poop
yup.. :( the game just drops frames randomly and the most in fights (while activating an ability) idk why its started to happen to me after the last patch (6.17) :(( i can't even play the game riot should do a hot fix or something like that*[zombie-brand-facepalm]*

Mine was perfect until 6.20. Then, same. Doing a custom to see if anything in the settings helps.
Same, I have been fine with ping/fps until patch 6.20 usual 26/28 ms now i get the same but very random ping spikes up too 400 or so. It usually happens when i either use an ability or I'm against someone using an ability. Needs a fix ASAP!

Same issue on Patch 6.20. Can't even complete a bot game for a fkin first win. 500-600 PING !!!
Logging in to say the severe ping delays are bad, real bad for me in 6.20 as well... Getting ping of 1400 - 3000 ms. Internet is fine...

Had no issues until this patch. So, YUP. Patch and/or servers are fucking FUCKED. Good job Riot. LOVE IT. Thumbs up. #RIOTROCKS.
I haven't had any issues with fps drops and such, but the ping spikes have been INSANE. I consistently (since server move) have gotten 37-39 ping. Now it will be at 39 then continue rising to 200. However the 200ms it shows isn't actual 200ms (.2 seconds). It's more about 3-5 second delay. On top of that there are also massive amount of packet loss even while pinging their servers using the command prompt (ping 104.160.131.3 -t {information received from rioter Laslow21 on reddit). I have also used LotsOfLag.com to analyze my log folders. Comes up with the same things my cmd prompt did. Loss of packets, huge variance in ping etc. Please help and let us know what is going on. We love your game and are frustrated we can't play it!
Yeah, I have been playing steadily at 120 frames at max settings ever since I got my new GPU and since this patch I've been hivering between 20-40 occasionally jumping up over 100. To my knowledge nothing has changed on my computer and everything else seems to run as usual. Playing leblanc with such insane frame lag leads to some seriously sticky situations. I am glad I'm not just crazy and other people are having this problem too
