Chat seems to be down for my buddy and me.

Results in being unable to communicate in champion select.

chat is broken for me, too.

Same, I thought it was just me. I logged in and out several times and still unable to connect to chat services.

Chat is down for me. My buddy is having no problems with other people, but can not see me on his friends list or invite me to games. I can't see anyone on my friends list to invite

Then fix it because I just had two players who I believe intentionally trolled my game, took my lane, caused game to get thrown off and reported both of them one game they claimed chat was messed up for them but for 4 others it wasn't and the other game they didn't say anything in game at all after doing it.

The chat system is very important Riot.
