unknown problems

dont know if it is my computer or roit on this one but my fps is normal cap at 60 could raise it but dont need to and my ping is 96 which is about right where i live just been randomly freezing on my screen where i can't move or just about 15sec late cast i did have this problem during season 4 but not this much on every game that i played today
