Fix Sion's Q please.

I have been fucked over SO many times because when i activate Sion's Q it will activate and he will turn in the opposite direction i was originally facing. It even happens in duels which is starting to annoy the hell out of me. I also like to hide in bushes and activate his Q but once again, turns into a completely different direction and it ends up screwing me up over and over again. Can you give it a skillshot format so i can manually aim it where i want it to go?
