I have been fucked over SO many times because when i activate Sion's Q it will activate and he will turn in the opposite direction i was originally facing. It even happens in duels which is starting to annoy the hell out of me. I also like to hide in bushes and activate his Q but once again, turns into a completely different direction and it ends up screwing me up over and over again. Can you give it a skillshot format so i can manually aim it where i want it to go?

Just tested it. Apparently I was wrong, I'm used to autocast not giving me targeted direction.
Anyway, I think it's not a bug, I think you're just misusing it.
Go to a custom game and practice. It depends on where your mouse IS when you press q. In whatever direction your mouse is, that's the direction that it will go. So, I'm guessing your mouse is often behind you when you press q, and that's your problem.
