Orianna Ability Bug

I am fairly annoyed by this bug and I must say, it has probably stopped me from getting about 15-20 kills since I've found it last week. Oriannas W does not go off if you use it quickly after using a DIFFERENT ability, so if you try the Q-W-R combo orianna has, her W won't go off, causing you to waste her ultimate and tons of mana. Also, the poke combo Q-W is now useless, and finishing off players with her Q-W combo does not work anymore. This bug usually appears after using the Q, so you need to wait like two seconds or double-triple hit W to make the ability go off, which is hard to remember.
