[CLIENT] Login Music playing inside the client (after logging in)

The Login Music starts playing inside the client AFTER successfully logging in and loops.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the client
2. Disable Login Music
3. Close the client
4. Re-open the client
5. Log in
6. Open settings
7. Under "Sound" re-enable Login Music
8. Listen - it will start playing as if you are at the Login Screen

Times it occurs - 10/10 (every time)
