CLIENT - Cottontail Teemo Using Base Teemo Splash Art

Was in the loading screen and an enemy player had selected Cottontail Teemo as his skin. We could see Cottontail Teemo as his champion name and when we got into the game the model and everything was Cottontail. But the splash art in the loading screen was the base Teemo skin.

I tried to print screen but I guess I didn't hit it fast enough, or something went wrong.

I can't retest this because I don't have the skin. Hopefully someone else can verify for me.
