Client refuses to relaunch after games or when minimized

Whenever I minimize the client or finish a match all I get is a strange white box. The client won't fully relaunch and I have to use task manager to close it. Worst of all is then it usually takes 2-3 attempts to launch again. This is bad enough when no in a game but if I DC and have to reconnect it is terrible.
