[Gameplay] Pyke ult bugged

Pyke ult should reset if an enemy champion dies in the X. This reset doesn't happen unless the actual ult damage nets the kill.

Here is photo evidence.

Photo 1: Pyke ults the Soraka. Soraka takes damage but is still alive.

Photo 2: Pyke instantly kills Soraka with his Q. Soraka is still in the X. Note from photo 1 that Soraka is in the same exact position.

Photo 3: Pyke has not been granted a reset.

This happens on a regular basis. Not an isolated incident.
