Quick cast is bugging even with the new "don't show indicators" quick cast

I was just in a game where I cast W as syndra using the new (VERY irritating) hotkeys that don't show indicators, just because I was trying to avoid the cursor bugs, and I ran into a situation where I could not throw the item I had picked up because it just wouldn't toss it.
