Solo/Duo Game Wouldn't Load

First of all, before I could even get into champion select, the game completely closed by itself when I clicked accept for a Solo/Duo match. I thought it must have just been a hiccup because there was no bug splat notification. Also, I literally did a client repair last night and the game was working fine afterwards. So after logging in again and getting into champion select, everything seemed to be ok. However, my loading screen stayed on 4% for the longest. By the time I realized that the game had already started, the loading screen closed itself and the client brought me to the end-of-game lobby with the result of the game being a remake and me losing 17 LP.
