Help please.

So I'm in my promotion series, won my first game and AS SOON as I join champ select for my 2nd game, my game crashes, goes to bugsplat, closes my game and doesnt open. My duo informs me it ended champ select. Now I have a dodge in my promotion.

From my understanding, even if I win out, I still wont get promoted.

Will riot reverse this? Does anyone know if they are willing to fix this mistake?
