[Client] AFK during ban pick, 26-ish seconds left on timer

Just queue'd for a ranked draft. First ban, picked my ban.... etc. 4th ban on enemy team did not select a ban. Game remade automatically. Next queue was first ban again, just shy of 26-ish seconds left on the ban timer, game auto-quit saying I didn't ban. Had just clicked the ban button on my pick. (Kha both times)

Got hit with being AFK via the system. (I can soak this just fine.) I've definitely seen this early timer bug hit other players, so it's happening pretty frequently and reliably probably. (Assuming the same bug.) (After typing all of this, I noticed my laptop's charge cable wasn't plugged in, which gives me higher ping for some awful reason. Bad connections are often tied with some of these AFK in queue bugs lately if I recall.)

Possible causes I can guess at: Queue rollover on the timer, something about last timer influencing the current one. Display bug with the timer itself after the re-queue. Weak connection giving bad client feedback. Timer not counting down by full seconds.

Even if it is my connection, that means the client is not reading correctly for some reason.
