Clarity with the new Spellbook
You can swap to Clarity on summoner's rift. Is this a bug, or is Riot trying to trick Sona players into using the rune?

Monkey with a PC1 votesYeah you can use Clarity on SR, tried and tested myself.
Monkey with a PC1 votesI should mention you can only use the same spell after every 3rd rotation, so if you started with, say, exhaust, and you swapped to clarity, once you use it you can only swap to clarity again once you have swapped to at least 3 different spells first.
