[GAMEPLAY] Herald weird behavior

She was warping around and stuttering graphically... I was low ping (34 MS), > 60 FPS. Seems like something is wrong. One tower she graphically just stopped then 'blinked' to the tower to do the charge and charge dmg. Just didn't display it like you'd expect. but then the next tower that didn't happen. One point she killed the last minion and walked back towards my base then all of a sudden appeared by the next wave of minion.
