[GAMEPLAY] FIZZ BUG. Can get KNOCKED UP out of E.

Anyone at riot can probably test this out in a matter of minutes. Lock in Blitz, Lock in Fizz. Get blitz to press E and click on Fizz. have him walk up and fizz Press E. Even though Fizz is UNTARGETABLE, he will still get knocked up and out of un targetability. Being able to die and get cc'd and everything. This is the most annoying and game changing bug. Any knock-up will most likely work the same way.

What I do know from a Pants Are Dragon's video is that he did state that Elise has a time frame where when she repels, she will be vulnerable for that set time frame. He also mentioned how Fizz has the same thing as well which may interact with Blitzcrank E
