I cant level up, XP bar stuck at max!

hi. I joined league about 5 yrs ago but quit because of college, but i just came back and um... my xp bar is stuck lol. see screenshot below. i submit a ticket but does anyone have any idea on how i can solve this

Its probably messed up because they did 2 lowerings of xp to 30 since then. The system probably is reading you have enough xp to hit 30 and therefore can gain xp. SInce the system is also reading you were 28 it probably doesnt know what to do

Play a game to get exp, should fix it.
