Azir is still bugged after 4.18

Today I had bug - one soldier was behind me, I casted one in front of me pressed Q far in front of me and then pressed E. My soldier moved back to first soldier, and followed him to. There was enemy team behind me, so they were happy to get this gift.

Azir E still doesn't work sometimes, I have to press it 2 or 3 times before it works.

It's not bug, but very annoying thing that Q doesn't move your soldiers in one point or at least group them close. Sometimes after Q they spread too much. And after that while I could press E in random close to your soldiers point and knock up your enemy, I have to think what soldier I need to target (because they are spread too much). Plus Azir casts is slow enough (soldiers and Azir's moving and reaction is very slow) so mobile enemies almost impossible to hit with E. I feel myself like Bliz, but with grab requiring 3 buttons instead of one.
