Lifesteal Runes Do Not Stack from kills.
I was running both of the Takedown runes. The one in domination and the one in precision on Trundle.
They were only counting for the Ravenous Hunter but not for Legend: Bloodline.

They stack when I play Kayn, could just be a bug on Trundle?
