Lifesteal Runes Do Not Stack from kills.
I was running both of the Takedown runes. The one in domination and the one in precision on Trundle.
They were only counting for the Ravenous Hunter but not for Legend: Bloodline.

FIX THE LIFESTEALING MONSTER THAT IS TRUNDLE!
It probably has to do with Passive + Lifesteal Stack interaction between the three.
Because it all happens at the same time.
So it might be Trundle Stack overrides Bloodline, then Ravenous Hunter Stack.
