Skin issues: Red Chroma Dragonslayer Vayne and Snowdown Bard

Hello and happy Snowdown Riot and Summoners;

My husband has the chroma pack for Dragonslayer Vayne and red -never- shows up. Ever. Even after repair it just doesn't show up. I have the Snowdown Bard skin (yum cocoa!) and I end up on Elderwood Bard instead :(

If there's something that can be done to fix this I'd appreciate it.

I run a nvidia 970 GTX video card and he has a Lenovo laptop.. I don't know if that matters or not.

My Snowday Bard is doing fine. I don't have the chroma pack for Vayne but the regular Dragonslayer Vayne works fine.

It's still happening. I'm going to delete every fragment of Riot games from the computers including the registries and see if that helps. There's got to be an interruption in selecting the skin that can't always be duplicated. Cache issue maybe? Flushing our DNS as well.
