(Darius Q bug) Double cast and instant 5 stacks

so I was lvl 2 and i got ganked, I then spammed my Q key to heal myself and hopefully escape from the gank then suddenly my Q got casted twice giving me a bunch of health back twice so 60% of missing health since i got them both time on the blade, after i escaped I see that the jungler and the laner I just Q'ed had 5 stacks on them even tho they should only have 2.

that may be the reason why his wr is that high.

Once Darius has 5 stacks or kills an enemy with his ult, any time he hits another enemy with spells or auto attacks he will instantly apply 5 stacks to them. As for the double Q... I have been trying to reproduce it to no avail. Any more specific info could help. :)
