[Gameplay] Mordekaiser ULT bug

This bug isn't too common, but it really sucks when it does happen.

BUG: If Mordekaiser uses his ultimate on someone JUST as they die, you will NOT get a ghost, AND your ult will still go on cooldown, effectively making your ultimate useless.

Probably has something to do with the mark not having enough time to apply

Just use your mark a second earlier if you can, like after stacking Q twice and are about to unleash 3rd Q hell on them...
