[CLIENT] A list of all visible client bugs in 9.14

• Friend List continously says you're disconnected even thought you are not.
• Can't hover over friends if they do show.
• Client freezes when watching a friend's ongoing game which escalates into a system freeze, forcing a hardware reset via turning electricity off and on again.
• Online status shows you as logged out and randomly (meaning not to everyone, no pattern found yet) shows to added friends you are offline.
• Notification bell next to online status is deactivated/Grey and can't be clicked even if you have notifications, it only says "notifications" if you hover your mouse over it.
• Champ select and post-game chats only say "Connecting..." while your messages never send and you can't see anyone elses messages either, forcing you to be entirely at the mercy of your team in terms of communication.

Note: All friends list bugs happen separatedly as far as observation has occured, so this list isn't saying all these happen at the same time to the same person.
