Tahm Kench Double Tongue

I don't have a video of it yet but when playing Tahm if you throw your Q down and immediately after click to walk a different direction the tongue will often animate in the other direction or sometimes display 2 tongue. I don't believe this effects damage but might? either way it is distracting.
