[Gameplay] Sion Ult and Q not working Halfway through a game

Like I said above I was in a game (ranked no less) as Sion and I was winning top lane but about 20-30 minutes in My Q and Ultimate did not work I pressed the keys and the spells weren't on quick cast so it was no fault on my end.

Therefore I shall try to be as civil as my current rage at losing the game allows.

After realizing the bug i waited several minutes trying to play with half a champion before trying to reconnect and fix the problem by the time my client got back into the game we lost 2 inhibs and I had been gone for the most critical part of the game because of this bug.
