"i cant leave nexus platform"

just got destroyed (and unable to remake since he did not dc) because our malphite was playing on what i can only assume was the original ENIAC. After a 15 minute loading screen he proceeds to tell us "i cannot leave the platform wtf?"

instead of relogging like we told him to do, he waits 5 minutes then does it. gets back around minute 14, we ultimately lost of course.

Is this a known bug or was he troll as shit?
