[GAMEPLAY] - Quinn/Teemo - enemy's first attack while blinded always goes through

This is a long standing bug that affects both Teemo's Q and Quinn's Q. Whenever you blind a champion, their first attack will always go through blind. This is incredibly frustrating, especially against champions with powerful AA modifiers like Draven or Nasus.

Easiest way to recreate is to simply go into the jungle and blind Gromp. He will attack you, and you will take damage despite him being blinded before he makes his attack.
