UNIQUE PASSIVE: Point Runner not working on dead towers

DynamiteGazelle··1 votes·255 views

According to the descriptions it's supposed to work with any tower, alive or dead. It currently only works on live towers. The item is significantly more useless because of it. Fix please :)
