Error occured on rerolling skins, now have skin permanent + a copy in loot.

An error occurred, now I have the Legendary Permanent unlocked AND an additional copy of that permanent in the loot. Will the skin be lost if that copy gets re-rolled or will the copy disappear once the server updates?

I've tried reloading the client and the copy is still there.

Is this just a fortunate error, or something that needs acting upon?
