Scoreboard still not showing club names and summoner names

Still having this issue. No post on this has been addressed by a Rioter yet either. When will this be fixed? It's been ongoing for a long time. Months actually. Already tried repairing my game, and reinstalling completely nothing fixes it. It shows up sometimes but most of the time they dont show up a tall when you hover the scoreboard. All I ask is for some kind of answer on whether they are aware of this happening or not and if they are working on fixing it. Thanks. It's nothing game breaking but sometimes I want to see a summoner name or club name.
