Wooglets no bonus ap to Orianna?

I played a ranked 3s game and lost because I wasn't getting nearly enough ap from wooglets as I should have been, don't believe me? Here's a picture. 0 bonus ap from the passive.

its not just ori you turd, its every champ and its with deathcap too, you still get the bonus ap you can tell if you just did some simple math, its just a bug with the visual bonus value when scrolling over the item

Somehow I don't think you have 103 AP from runes and masteries. It's a tooltip error nothing important.

when I'm at full build with 4 items giving me 80 ap and then wooglets as well finishing at 420 ap, there's a problem. I didn't get enough ap. It's not a tooltip error, it's a bug.
