I started by logging in and right when it started up it said I had zero friends. I tried to open my friends list and it would disconnect then reconnect and keep doing that for a good 2 minutes. I also can't talk in chat in any of the clubs. I don't know if this is an issue with just my client or if it's everyone. Just thought I would post it here.
Communicate with Riot’s Account Support Centre.
The primary category is already chosen.
Under the secondary select Account.
For the tertiary category select Management.
