Champ Select Bug and Client Issues

First i could not get into champ select w/o being able to cause a problem after switching summoner spells.

Now the client stops working and i am forced to close it after matches.

So weird. Now i have no clue what is causing the problem.

I can hardly even get into champ select without freezing on the new champion select. I play on the old champ select just fine.

No clue why. Can't find a fix.
