[GAMEPLAY] Finished Promo and then went back to Promo.

During my Promo for Bronze 2, I won 2 games and 1 lost one game. Now, it clearly tells me I've moved to Bronze 1, but after I lost a match after my Promo from Bronze 2, it reset my whole rank and went directly to my Bronze 2 Promo. Is this some sort of bug? Or is the system glitchy? Anyone willing to help me?

the ranked system is glitchy man i just had a similar issue and posted in the report a bug i won my first promotion game and it says i lost 1 and won 1 but i wonm the last 5 games and i deffinetly didnt lose a game so it glitched out and i had that happen to me as well while i was in bronze but noone seems to be taking notice to this or caring
